Meet The Team

Saint Cacchiotti is a full time real estate professional with 25+ years of real estate expertise. Saint specializes in upscale properties on Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Casey Key, Sarasota, Bradenton and surrounding areas. Saint’s background includes sales and marketing for the prestigious Arvida Corporation (developers of the Longboat Key Club), Tangerine Development Corporation and Arvida Commercial Division. She shows extensive knowledge and character to the local real estate market, like no other. She is a native of St. Armand’s Key, graduated from Sarasota High School and remains a local resident. Although real estate is Saint’s true passion, she additionally enjoys spending time with her family including two grand children, boating, traveling abroad and state wide equestrian events with her daughter Jillian.

Gail Wittig is a full time real estate professional with 29+ years of real estate experience. Residing in Sarasota, Gail specializes in prestigious properties on Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Sarasota and the surrounding areas. As a native and local resident, she brings her area knowledge, sales and marketing expertise to every transaction. Gail's background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Florida, a Florida Real Estate Broker's License acquired in 1982 and she previously co-owned a local mortgage company. When not selling real estate, Gail enjoys hosting large dinner parties for friends and family, boating and traveling. She also enjoys spending time with her son, Ian who has also chosen real estate as a career.

Barbara Milian has 18 years of real estate experience. Barbara began her real estate career as a Sales Assistant for a new development community in Miami, FL and then joined Oakwood Apartments, the world’s largest corporate housing company, as Property Manager of 470 apartment homes. In 1995, Barbara obtained her real estate license and joined Michael Saunders & Company as Leasing Manager for the Anna Maria Island rental office. When Michael Saunders & Company sold its Rental Division in 1999, Barbara joined Saint & Gail’s team. Barbara brings her extensive knowledge in property management, real estate services, bilingual skills and exceptional customer relations to all of Saint & Gail’s transactions making them flow smoothly. Barbara enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and decorating projects.

Dawn is the most recent addition to Saint & Gail’s team. She has 6 years of real estate experience and assists Saint and Gail with marketing objectives. Dawn’s background in photography allows her to provide advanced digital photo enhancements, design upscale brochures, postcards, broadcast e-mails and additional listing promotions. She oversees daily office functions including website maintenance, preparation of reports and promotes business development. Dawn was born and raised in Sarasota and currently resides in Manatee County. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, arts & crafts, gardening, equestrian events and just being a mom.
